Elizabeth Keene, LA fashion blogger with a “Keene sense of style,” has been crowned the winner of the “30 Minutes with Three Dots” contest! Disclaimer: no crowns were actually involved. (Crowns scream sweet sixteens, weddings, and “Toddlers and Tiaras” – that just isn’t our style.)
Earlier in August, Three Dots invited three fashion bloggers to our showroom in downtown LA’s garment district for a little competition. Each blogger was given the Three Dots Fall and Holiday 2012 collections, shoes, accessories, and thirty minutes to style as many outfits possible. The looks were published on our website and the online voting ensued.
After four weeks of voting, Elizabeth won with her tribute to the classic American woman, drawing inspiration from the ever-so-delicate silhouette of the ’30s and ’40s. She lists Jackie Kennedy as a key fashion icon, and we can see why! The pencil skirt is a shared obsession between Elizabeth, the former first lady, and our designers here at Three Dots. The winning stylings embraced high waistlines and accentuated curves creating a radiant impression that was effortlessly feminine and elegant.
