The first real snow of the season is now on the ground here at Three Dots Ranch, and we are enjoying a string of sunny but very cold days, and even colder nights. The moon, now waxing, is bright enough so we can walk our snowy paths at night without a lantern. I love this time of year – the weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas. I try to take time out to enjoy the pleasures that make the holidays so special.
Oh yes, then there is shopping for presents. There are lovely stores here, and I like walking in and out of each one: books, clothes, interiors, art galleries, jewelry and crafts – all the way down the three to four blocks that make our small town. I so believe in supporting our local stores, especially Bella Boutique which carries Three Dots! LOL. But, I also admit that I do a fair bit of shopping online, as some things I just cannot get here in the valley.
I believe in online shopping so much, that I had our shopthreedots.com site redesigned and redeveloped this past fall. On it, we list all the stores that carry Three Dots as we want our customers to support our retailers, and let’s face it – we girls are always going to want “to go shopping”. E-commerce has its place as well. For those shoppers who just won’t “go shopping”, our site is for them. I think of our shopthreedots.com site as a store unto itself – just one you can access from anywhere at anytime.

Three Dots partnered with Interview Magazine during NY Fashion week to create 1,000 white tees imprinted with the September 2011 cover featuring Anne Hathaway. The exclusive tees were hand delivered personally to the world’s top models by stylist and fashion guru, Karl Templer, after walking the runway. The tees were photographed on top models next to influential designers and celebrities during their downtime at the Tommy Hilfiger Men’s, Alexander Wang and Betsey Johnson shows making the partnership a great success!
