If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase at Three Dots Online Store, we will gladly accept returns for a refund. You may also request an exchange for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).
How to Make an Exchange
You may exchange unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise within 180 days from the date of receipt. Exchanges are only valid for the same item in a different size or in a different color and are subject to availability.
Please follow these simple steps:
Once your package has been received, we will send a replacement and charge an additional $6 for shipping to your credit card. You will be notified via e-mail when the shipment has taken place.
How to Make a Return
You may return unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise within 180 days from the date of receipt. Products must be in the condition you received them.
To return an item(s), please follow the same steps outlined above. Please note: we will deduct $6 from your order refund when using the pre-paid UPS return label.
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Our customer service team will contact you via e-mail when the refund has been processed.
All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements depending on your banking institution.
