    When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

    If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 3:00pm PST, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. Prior to checking out, you will see several estimated arrival dates, depending on the type of shipping you select.

     
     
    What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?

    Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. To track your order from this page, click here. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.

    To track your order please visit our website and click on the order status link. You will be able to get your UPS tracking number by logging in and clicking on your order number. Enter that number at either www.ups.com to check status of your online order.

    Please note that it can take up to 24 hours before tracking information is updated on the shipping carrier’s site.

    Do you offer Gift Certificates?
    Yes, we do! Gift Certificates can be ordered in any amount. They are sent via e-mail to any individual with a valid e-mail address.     Will my credit card be charged immediately? No. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and we've charged your credit card.

    How do I change or cancel an order?
    To cancel or change order you recently completed, please contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

    What delivery options are available?

    Domestic Delivery Options:

    • UPS Next Day Air® - Guaranteed overnight delivery to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of the next business day depending on destination
    • UPS 2nd Day Air® - Guaranteed delivery to every address in the 50 states (excluding intra-Alaska shipments) and Puerto Rico by the end of the second business day 
    • UPS 3 Day Select® - Guaranteed delivery within three business days to and from every address in the 48 contiguous states
    • UPS Ground - Guaranteed day-definite delivery to every address in the U.S. 50 states and Puerto Rico

    International Delivery Options:

    • UPS Worldwide Express® -1-3 Business Days. Delivery by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 noon
    • UPS Worldwide Expedited® -2-5 Business Days. Delivery by end of day

    Overnight orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 10:30 a.m. PST.

    Overnight orders placed on Friday will arrive the following Monday.

    Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Holidays Excluded.

    NOTE: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

    Domestic orders shipped via UPS should arrive within 3-10 business days (both carriers take similar length to arrive to you). Packages can be shipped Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3 Day Select within the continental United States for an additional charge. At this time, we do not offer weekend delivery service.

     
     
    How do I know that my order has been shipped? When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
     
     
    What's the difference between "Order Date" and "Ship Date"?
    On most websites, "Order Date" and "Ship Date" are not the same. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 11:00pm PST, your package will not ship until after the weekend. Although most orders are shipped the same or next day, please take weekends and holidays into account when considering the shipping date.
     
     
    What countries do you ship to? What about duties?

    We ship to the United States, 50 states and Puerto Rico.

    We ship to international countries under the following terms:

    • We currently ship to the following regions: North America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, and the Middle East
    • International orders are shipped via U.P.S. and typically arrive within 5-10 business days after leaving our warehouse.
    • International orders must have the same billing and shipping address. Orders with a different billing and shipping addresses will not be processed.
    • International delivery fees are determined by carrier rates
    • Our international shipping charges do not include local taxes or duties. Please contact your local customs office to request details of these fees.
    • As required by law, we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents.
    • We Accept Returns and Exchanges on International orders within 180 days of purchase.  International buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and fees for returns.
     
     
    Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses? For security reasons, we do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
     
     
    If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice? We only attach a packing slip with your order; no invoice.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES
    What is your return/exchange policy?

    Returns and Exchanges

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase at Three Dots Online Store, we will gladly accept returns for a refund.

    You may return unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise within 180 days from the date of receipt. Products must be in the condition you received them.Please follow these simple steps:

    1. Include a copy of your order invoice and indicate the reason for return. To print your order, go to "order status"

    2. Package and seal your return securely. All merchandise must be returned in the condition in which you receive it. Use the original packaging if possible.

    3. Affix the UPS postage-paid return label provided. We will deduct $6 from your order refund when using the postage paid return label.

    4. Drop your package at any UPS location.

    5. If you wish to use another shipping carrier at your own cost,  make sure to insure your return and send it back to:

    Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via e-mail when the refund has taken place.

    Shipping charges will be refunded if your receive the wrong item or the merchandise is defective. If you are making return because you would like a different style, size. or color, shipping charges will not be refunded.

    How to Make an Exchange

    You may exchange unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise within 180 days from the date of receipt. Exchanges are only valid for the same item in a different size or in a different color and subject to availability.

    Please follow these simple steps:

    1. Include a copy of your order invoice and indicate the reason for return. To print your order, go to "order status"
